All hair is good hair.

Good hair is on all of our heads "Becky who"

It's all about the condition of the hair, we need to start looking at the different types of treatments we use and conditioners as well as shampoos too.

The oils we use can also some times over saturate the hair cuticle.

There's a saying, "less is more" which is the term I like to use.

hi Felicia!

So you ask what's a good product to use?

Here's a good hair regime I like to tell my clients.

Your hair lives and breaths so lay off the wigs and weave from time to time, this will decrease hair shedding.

These are some of the examples of hair products that'll keep the hair moisturised :

  • Dry oil by Redken- Diamond oil

  • Shea Butter and Coconut Oil by As I Am

  • Shampoo and Conditioner by Mane and Tail {the conditioner can be used as a hair mask}

"I like to add Argon oil to my hair mask "

So Before I Let You Go [here's a little tip.]

If your hair is poorly damaged , seek a Professional Hairstylist [such as myself] for trims.

Protective hairstyles such as : Braids, Plaits, Faux Locs, Crochet- Bare in mind too much tension can cause traction alopecia.

Silk hair scarfs or silk pillows will help the hair to breathe and stop the hair from shedding as cotton is known to do this.
